17 May 1966 - Stars and Stripes
PITTSBURGH, Pa., May I6 (UPI) — A byplay over clothes — and the lack thereof — developed Sunday between British actress Sabrina and American star Virginia Mayo , co-stars of the play, "The Loving Couch."
During the production, playing a two-week engagement at the Penn Theater here, Sabrina appears in panties and bra which hide little of her shapely form. Miss Mayo feels Sabrina should drape herself with something more concealing.
Sabrina says she doesn't understand Miss Mayo's pique."She's been getting by on her legs for years," chirped Sabrina. "After all, men like the other parts of the body. Besides, it (more clothes) would kill the meaning of the show."
Producer Stan Seiden said Miss Mayo, whom he described as "a beautiful woman," had nothing to say about the manner of dress worn by the play's performers.
"The producer," Sabrina commented, "wants the costume even flimsier."

Sabrina, the generously endowed - 41 1/2 - 18 - 36 , British actress, flew into Toronto to be told by an immigration officer, "You're not officially here". The girl who plays the dumb blonde parts in British TV and films, mislaid her alien card in New York and can not re-enter the US without it, so she will fly back to New York to pick it up then return to Toronto where she is starring in "The Loving Couch". Sabrina tries out some of her credit cards on Air Canada agent Eugene Petroff , in place of missing Alien Card. "No good", said Eugene . 3 June 1966

Culture at any price
THERE is no doubt that the cultural capital of the Commonwealth is Melbourne. To raise funds for its new Cultural Centre the Women's Council is going to auction an autographed face mask and snorkel donated by Mr Holt.
But what will really excite bidders, I am sure, is the "cloak worn by Sabrina" and "a book of his wit autographed by Sir Robert Menzies".
I had never thought we would see the day when Sabrina and the Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports would be linked... even in the cause of culture.
But a cloak worn by the extraordinarily endowed Sabrina seems unlikely to fetch as high a price as another garment worn closer to that well upholstered frame. The trouble is it wouldn't fit anyone.
Of course, if you are culturally inclined in Melbourne you could always bid spiritedly for a tennis racquet used by Frank Sedgman at Wimbledon, or Ron Barassi's BVDs worn in an immortal MCG grand final...
