SABRINA
- Britain's girl with the mostest in front isn't at all shy about explaining
how she supports the famous figure that supports her. 'It's easy,"
she says, pushing out her 41 inch chest.
"There are plenty of big busts, but it's the shape not the size
that counts. My shape is perfect and I buy my bras off the hook in any
chain store. I don't have them specially made or alter the ones I buy;
that would be cheating."
Sabrina, born Norma Sykes in Blackpool [no - Stockport - Ed.] in 1936,
has come a long way in a short time. Since she burst into fame in 1955
she
has
become
the
most
sought-after glamour girl in Britain.
CHEATING
"I don't have my bras specially made or altered to give
me uplift; that would be cheating."

The
boom began with Sabrina's first appearance on British television in 1955.
She did nothing. She said nothing. She just appeared.
But for hours later the studio's telephones rang hot and for days thousands
of letters poured in from all over the country asking who she was and
what were her measurements.
The buxom Lancashire lass with the dressmaker mother and factory inspector
father had arrived with a bang.
PERFECT
"There are plenty of big busts - but it's shape that counts
- and my shape is perfect"

SINCE
then Sabrina has been virtually unchallenged as leader of Britain's "Sex
Stakes." Last year she was selected as one of the nation's three
women of the year by a committee headed by the Marchioness of Lothian.
And her figure has become such a valuable property she recently insured
her bust for £100,000 sterling or £2500 an inch.
"I've got to insure," she says."After all, it is my stock
in trade." Sabrina, who like many top stars was once photographed in the nude when
she was struggling to become a model, has had her eyes set on higher things
for a long while. She has taken singing and drama lessons and has an ambition
to make a film with Sir Laurence Olivier. But she still earns her big
money by showing off her assets, wriggling her hips, and acting dumb.
But she's Sabrina and amazing. Maybe one day she will get to act with
Sir Laurence.
INSURED
"I've insured my bust for £100,000. I've got to insure
- after all, it's my stock-in-trade."
